Core PDF tools, English OCR and supported conversions run locally on Windows. The standard desktop workflow does not upload document contents to this portal. Website demos and help captures use sample content.

Account and service data

We process account and contact details, verification and reset requests, licence records, device identifiers for activation, billing information, purchase history, support requests and security records to operate the service. Account, download and licence checks use online services.

Payments and providers

Razorpay handles checkout. Necessary order, amount and payment status information is exchanged for verification, receipts, licence delivery and refunds. Hosting and email providers support account services. Do not send payment credentials, passwords, OTPs or API keys to support.

Cookies and security

Session and anti-forgery cookies support sign-in and secure requests. Keep account credentials private and use the official HTTPS portal.

Requests and retention

Use the support contact for access, correction or deletion requests. Some transaction, statutory and security records must be retained for applicable record-keeping purposes. Unnecessary records can be reviewed for deletion.
