Software and seller

KNEXORA JA develops and licenses PDF Studio, a digitally delivered Windows application. Seller and contact details appear below.

Account and trial

Eligible newly verified users receive one 30-day Pro trial without a payment card. Existing trials keep their issued dates. Keep account credentials and keys private. After expiry, Pro features require a valid licence; Free Viewer functions remain available.

Seats and devices

An Individual licence is for one named person. Business purchases provide company-owned seats. Each paid seat has a separate key for one active Windows device. The purchaser manages these keys. Device deactivation is available in the portal; contact support for reassignment assistance. Automated team-member administration is not included.

Prices and payment

Prices are in INR. Individual introductory prices are ₹149/month and ₹1,499/year; perpetual is ₹4,499. Business prices are ₹399/month, ₹3,999/year or ₹6,999 perpetual per seat. Future prices may change; completed purchases retain their agreed amount and term. The supplier is not GST-registered and does not charge GST. Confirm the total at checkout.

Manual renewal

Monthly and annual terms begin at payment capture and last one or twelve calendar months. There is no automatic debit. A new term purchase issues a separate key and starts at capture; it does not add time to an existing key. Purchase near the end of your current term to avoid overlap.

Perpetual and updates

Perpetual purchases permit continued use of the purchased version and versions released during the following 12 months. Later upgrades are optional and are not included. Perpetual does not promise unlimited future features, maintenance or compatibility with future operating systems. Activation and licence checks remain online services.

Documents and limitations

You retain ownership of your documents. Keep originals before editing, redacting or converting. OCR currently supports English; results depend on document quality and layout. Visual signatures are not certificate-based digital signatures. Review important output before sharing.

Consumer rights

The seven-day voluntary refund policy applies to paid purchases. Nothing in these terms removes rights available under applicable law.
